Community Standards

Every person on Flomunis deserves to feel safe, respected, and welcomed. Our community is built on three core values:

Flomunis exists to make sport more enjoyable for everyone. You agree to:

• Compete with integrity — accurately record match results and scores
• Accept outcomes graciously — wins and losses are part of the game
• Honour scheduled matches — notify your opponent as early as possible if you need to cancel
• Treat opponents as you would like to be treated, regardless of skill level
• Not deliberately exploit technical errors, loopholes, or ambiguities to gain an unfair advantage

Falsifying match results, inflating rankings, or gaming the points system is a serious violation and will result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Flomunis is for everyone. We have zero tolerance for:

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threats of any kind
• Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or national origin
• Hate speech, slurs, or content that dehumanises individuals or groups
• Sexual harassment or unwanted advances — online or in-person at platform events
• Doxxing — sharing another person's private information without their consent

This applies to all platform interactions: match chats, community posts, comments, direct messages, and any in-person events organised through Flomunis.

Because Flomunis facilitates in-person meetings, your safety and the safety of others is paramount:

• Do not use the platform to arrange meetings for purposes unrelated to sport or community activities
• Do not impersonate another user, public figure, or Flomunis staff
• Keep your account credentials secure — do not share your password or verification status with others
• Report any behaviour that makes you or others feel unsafe — we take all reports seriously
• Do not use Flomunis to solicit payment outside of official platform channels

If you ever feel unsafe meeting another user in person, trust your instincts. Meet in public places, bring a friend, and contact Flomunis support if something feels wrong.

All content posted on Flomunis — including posts, comments, profile bios, and community descriptions — must:

• Be relevant to the community or topic in context
• Not contain spam, misleading information, or unsolicited commercial content
• Not contain sexually explicit material
• Not promote illegal activities, violence, or self-harm
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others — do not post content you do not own or have permission to share

Flomunis moderators may remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice. Repeated violations will result in escalating consequences up to permanent account removal.

The Flomunis experience depends on players showing up for each other. By scheduling a match or joining a league, you commit to:

• Attending scheduled matches on time, or providing reasonable advance notice if you cannot
• Completing league rounds you have committed to — withdrawing mid-league without cause is unfair to other players
• Submitting match results promptly and accurately
• Not repeatedly cancelling on short notice — this impacts ranking integrity and community trust

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on your ability to schedule future matches.

If you see a violation of these standards, please report it. You can report any post, comment, or user directly from the platform using the report button (flag icon) on the relevant content.

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We treat all reports confidentially and do not disclose the identity of the reporter to the reported user. False or malicious reports are themselves a violation of these standards.

Violations of these standards are taken seriously. Depending on the severity and frequency, consequences may include:

Suspended users may submit one appeal per suspension through the platform. Decisions made by Flomunis regarding account termination are final.
